Francis Beall Obituary
A true waterman at heart, Dean loved being on the water and spent many happy hours working aboard his boat, the Tiderunner. In the winter months he enjoyed carving decoys and birds. He was cofounder and president of the Fates Assembly Motorcycle Club, and one of his greatest joys was riding his Harley.
Dean married the love of his life, Diana Beall, on September 24, 1971. Together they raised two children, Nicole Eileen Phippin and Ryan Dean Beall.
He is preceded by his parents and his brother, Walter Malcolm Beall III.
He is survived by his wife, Diana; his children, Nicole (Richard) and Ryan (Holly); his siblings David Beall and Lois Eileen Beall; and his grandchildren Deana (Walter) Phippin, Mariah ( Chris) Middleton, Halie Beall, and Ryan Dean Beall Jr.
A visitation will be held at Fellows, Helfenbein, and Newnam Funeral Home, 200 South Harrison Street Easton, MD, on December 16th, 2025, from 12 pm to 2 pm. A graveside service at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Easton, MD will be held directly following.
