H. Daubach Obituary

H. Glenn Daubach, a lifelong resident of Easton, MD passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Chesapeake Woods. He was 93. Born June 6, 1928, he was the son of the late Hubert F. Daubach and Clara V. Seymour Daubach.

Glenn served in the U.S. Navy after WWII. Then he went on to start his career in auto body repairs, moving on to become a letter carrier with the United States Post Office until his retirement.

He was a life member of the Easton Fire Department, serving in many roles including President, where he was known to all as "Dubie", and also a life member of the VFW where he had served as Commander.

Glenn is survived by his daughter Glenda M. Callahan (Dennis) of Easton, MD; grandchildren: Amy Sundt (Brandon) and Lori Heggelke (Brian); great-grandchildren: Aidan Sundt, Logan Sundt, Kieran Sundt, Ethan Heggelke, and Vivian Heggelke; his brother D. Robert Daubach of Lakeland, FL and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Daisy P. Knox Daubach; sister: Edith Mae Foreman; and brothers: Charles Daubach; Hubert Daubach; Herbert Daubach; James M. Daubach; and Roger Daubach.

Funeral Services will be held at Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home, Easton, MD on Monday, February 7, 2022, at 10:00 am. A visitation will be held the day prior, Sunday, February 6, 2022 from 3:00pm to 5:00 pm.

Burial will be private.

Memorial donations may be made to the Easton Volunteer Fire Department, 315 Leonard Rieck Drive, Easton, MD 21601 or the Easton Veterans of Foreign Wars, 355 Glebe Rd., Easton, MD 21601.
