GREENSBORO - Herminio Colon "Jimmy" Collazo of Greensboro, MD, died Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at Compass Regional Hospice in Centreville, MD. He was 60.
Herminio was born on May 28, 1956 in Salisbury, MD. He was the son of the late Erminio Colon "Jimmy" Collazo Sr. and Lucretia Mae Ross Jester.
Mr. Collazo worked as a tow truck driver. He loved to spend time with his niece and nephews, going to flea markets, monster truck shows, drag racing and car shows.
He is survived by his sister, Elizabeth "Libby" Carlisle and her husband, John "Jr." of Greensboro; a niece, Sapphire N. Carlisle; nephews: John C. Carlisle and Edward J. Carlisle.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Hector Lewis "Butch" Collazo.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 15, 11 a.m. at Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home, P.A., 200 S. Harrison St., Easton, where friends may call one hour prior from 10-11 a.m. Burial will be Spring Hill Cemetery.
