Theodore Bartholdi Obituary

Theodore G. (Ted) Bartholdi III left this life on Wednesday, January 11 just short of his 91st birthday. He is survived by his three daughters: Carol Holt of Wittman, MD; Kathy Bartholdi of Havelock, NC; and Lizette Bartholdi of Minneapolis, MN. Preceding him in death were his wife Dorothy Jurmu Bartholdi and son, Theodore G. Bartholdi, IV. Ted had a long business career starting with IBM in the 1950's rising to positions in international marketing before starting his own executive search business. Born in Duluth MN he never lost his love of snow and was an avid downhill skier his whole adult life teaching his children and grandchildren about the beauties of nature in winter. Ted and Dorothy were adventurers, sharing and passing on a love for travel, including the U.S., Europe, Asia and Australia. The family would like to thank the wonderful people at Easton Memorial Hospital, the Palliative care team and especially the Talbot Hospice organization that arranged for peaceful end of life experience. He will be missed by many.
