Timothy Devine Obituary
The internment will be private. Visitation with the family will be on Sunday, June 25 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Tred Avon Yacht Club in Oxford, Maryland. A full obituary and date for a Celebration of Life Service in Washington, DC will be published at a later date.

I just learned that Tim passed away. He went to Georgetown University with my son, Matt Hill. Tim came a few times to Oregon to visit us and I always felt he was such an outstanding young man. Intelligent, thoughtful and really had a beautiful nature about him. I am so sorry as your loss must be tremendous.

I was only just beginning to know Tim. As a fellow photographer, we had much to talk about. We talked often over the phone and he was becoming a good and dear friend to me. Not knowing of his expertise in sailing, when I told him I wanted to take a sailing class, he said not to bother, rent a boat and I'll teach you. This was just before his sudden death which saddens me still. I still miss him. He was a thoughtful, loving person.
