Jack Miller

1942 - 2025

With profound sadness and deep love, we announce the passing of devoted husband, loving father, father in law, grandpa, brother and uncle. Jack Miller, 83, passed away on November 22nd 2025, leaving a legacy of hard work, quiet strength and unwavering loyalty to the people he loved the most. Jack was born in Gering, NE on March 23rd, 1942.

Jack was known for his dry sense of humor-the kind that caught you off guard and stayed with you long after the moment passed. He had a way of making others laugh without trying, offering the perfect comment at just the right time. He was subtle, sharp and always genuine.

A man of dedication, Jack worked tirelessly throughout his life, never seeking praise but always giving his best. He approached every responsibility-with his family, his work, and his friendships with integrity and heart.

Above all, Jack was loyal and loving. He loved his family and took immense pride in being a husband, father and grandpa. His loved ones will forever remember the comfort of his presence, the steadiness of his support and the quiet but powerful way he expressed his love.

He leaves behind his wife Judy of 63 years, his daughter Carrie, son in law John, grandson Jack, and sisters Sandy, Sally, Patty, Carolyn and Eleanor, and all who were lucky to have known him. Though he is no longer with us, his humor, loyalty and generous heart will continue to guide us and live within us always.

A memorial service will be held next summer in Gering, NE. In honor of Jack, the family welcomes contributions to Pathway (Hospice) in Fort Collins, CO in lieu of flowers.
