Dear Eric,
I was so sadden to hear about the death of you father. He was a very special friend and cousin to me. I have many happy memories of him. When we were in Grade School, he was my protector. At home there were moments when I needed protection from him. He was kind of like a big brother. I am so glad that were able to have lunch and a nice visit right before Easter. I do know that he was so very proud of you. Keep all those happy memories. Our thought and Prayers are with you.

I am sorry to hear about your dad. When I was in grade school and Jr High he use to take me to track meets in Bayard. I will never forget the time he and I went fishing at Box Butte. On the way home he wanted to see how fast I could run so he let me out on highway and drove beside me as I ran. I guess I wasn't too fast.
I will miss him!!

Besides my dad, Jack was my biggest fan while I was running track. I can't help but smile whenever Jack's name is mentioned because he was always so kind and encouraging to me. I'm sure he will be missed.
