Lynda Brown Obituary

Lynda June (Luth) Brown February 24, 1944-May 9, 2024 Lynda June (Luth) Brown was born on February 24, 1944, in Nebraska. At the age of four, she was adopted by Clyde L. and Lola R. (Harding) Luth of Scottsbluff. She was the only daughter in that family. She graduated from Scottsbluff High School in 1962. In 1970, Lynda embarked on a new chapter of her life, marrying Leonard Lee Brown in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. A year later, their joy was multiplied with the arrival of their baby boy, Curtis. The family of three created a home in Fort Morgan, Colorado. For the last five years, she has lived in Northern Colorado - the cities of Fort Collins and Loveland. She passed on May 9, 2024, surrounded by her son and daughter-in-law, Karen. Lynda loved the simplicity of life, from collecting knickknacks to buying jewelry. She also worked many jobs, but her joy was being married and having a son. She had a wonderful smile that would brighten anyone's day. She loved her circle of friends. She was a breast cancer survivor. A memorial service will be held Sunday May 19, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Heer Mortuary in Fort Morgan, Colorado.
