i met JoAnn in 1978 when I joined the Social Security office in downtown Newark where JoAnn was a Claims Representative. She was a good role model; helpful to the public and caring. She was also fun to be around. She loved her family and eas supportive of her friends. She cared about people and took time to listen to her friends and offer support during our difficult times. JoAnn will always be fondly remembered and sadly missed. My sympathy to her spouse,Bill and daughter, Jessica. JoAnn loved you dearly.
