In Loving Memory
Rita Lavon Wyrick, (72) of The Colony, passed away peacefully at home on June 16, 2021, with her family by her side. She was born October 22,1948 to the late parents of Leonard T. and Lawanda June Rosecrans, in Oklahoma City where she also graduated from Putnam City High School.
On April 5,1969 Rita married James B. Wyrick of Gainesville, Texas. They were married for over 52 blissful years. They are survived by four loving children; Tammy, Cody, Coy, and Sunny. They resided in a home filled with love and kindness for over 40 years. She never met any person without offering kindness. She was constant with kindness, compassion, loving, and a beautiful smile. Rita gave her all to everything she did. She was a wonderful sister, daughter, mother, wife, and grandmother. Rita along with her husband James owned a successful company for over 30 years which provided for so many.
Rita is survived by her husband James B. Wyrick, four children, and 10 grandchildren: [daughter & spouse] Tammy and David Stiteler, (children: Chase, Sheridan, and Grant of Saint Jo., [son & spouse] Cody and Lynn Wyrick (children: Roy, Baylee, Cody, and Brody of The Colony, [son & spouse] Coy and Lou Wyrick, (daughter: Madison) of Oak Point, and [daughter & spouse] Sunny and Kenneth Robinson, (children: Sky, and Rain) of The Colony.
