We send our deepest sympathies, although belated, to Mim and the rest of Cecil's family. He was such a wonderful man and greatly admired. It was our deepest honor to call him our friend.

Cecil Crawford was a help and inspiration to thousands of people throughout the world. His investment in students will live on through service to others.
It was an honor for me to receive the Maggie Sloan Crawford award at Olivet. Sitting next to Cecil at the dinner and receiving his comments of my resemblance to his mother in preaching and missions style warmed my heart.
He and Miriam were a significant support to the ministry I had at Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary and at Africa Nazarene University.
God bless you, the dear family.

Cecil Crawford was so helpful and encouraging to me when I served at Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary in the Philippines. He is responsible for helping promote leadership and women in ministry. He was greatly appreciated. May his commitment bring you wonderful memories.

Miriam, Marsha, Greg, and family: Our thoughts and prayers are with you these days on the passing of a wonderful husband and father. May our hope in Christ and memories of a devoted Christian man who lived a purposeful life sustain you in the days to come. We cherish many memories of a kind, humorous and generous Cecil. I was honored to have met Mr. Crawford during his association with Jon Vincent (my employer). Very few people elicit immediate respect and admiration, but he did. He will be missed but fondly remembered.
