Dear Linda and Star,
My heartfelt condolences to you both. I remember all the fun we had at beaches,,,, Wrightsville Beach and of course Puerto Vallarta. Dave always had an open generous spirit and I will miss his hugs and some of his jokes. You two are the loves of his life and I know he greatly appreciated you both especially in these last hard months.

peace and love, Carole

Linda and Star, I know how sad both of you are to lose Dave. He was a good man...a good husband to you, Linda and a good dad for you, Star. He has been part of our family for so long and it's hard to believe that he is gone. Hang on to all your good memories and know that he loves you still. Now he is your angel. I love you both so much.

So many memories of my cousin Dave over the years. We grew up in Moosic. But for Don and me most of our memories of Dave are sharing the out of doors--on the beaches of NC, in the mountains of Tennessee, and in Florida. It was wonderful to see his excitement when he met Linda. Linda and Star were the center of his life. We will miss him.

My deepest sympathies to the family. I hope that you draw some comfort in knowing that God is near to all those calling upon his name; and is always ready to show his strength in behalf of those whose heart is complete toward him. (Psalm 145:18; 2 Chron. 16:9)

Bennie family, it was my pleasure to know Dave and to have had a river adventure or two when he was along. He enjoyed God's creations like few other people....God's speed Dave!
