Martha, my sincere condolences to you and your family at this difficult time. You and Don were quite the team. I worked with Don for many years and as another person said, he was a hoot, and that he was. Sending sympathy your way.

Grew up with Donald, we attended Sunset Park and NHHS together. Always enjoyed the times we had. Even saw him once in Norflok, when we were both in the Navy. He is at peace now and his pain is no more.

Martha, my sincere condolences to you and your family. I am saddened that we will not be able to honor him with a proper funeral. Just know that his good influence extended far beyond his immediate family and we will all miss him and try to carry on his good works.

Donald enjoyed reenacting and attending events in NC. He looked quite the distinguished gentleman in his top hat and tails with his brass knob cane, presenting as a Southern Victorian gentleman. Loved seeing his posts on Face Book. His biggest joy was getting thrown in FB jail. He was a hoot. Thank you for your service in the Navy, Don. We'll see you again one day.
