I stumbled upon this obituary upon learning of another James Weaver who passed away. The comments here brought me to tears. What a loss to the world this James Weaver was. God be with all those who he loved and who loved him.

James was a wonderful human being. I remember finding out we both shared the same birthday and we laughed over it and thought it was so funny. I didnt know him as well as I wouldve liked to, but seeing all of the different posts from others Ive realized we were very similar. I know his life has touched mine, and I know he will be dearly missed by so many. I am so sorry for this loss of such an amazing person.

James was one of the best human beings I've ever met. I am grateful to have known him as a friend, classmate, coworker, and colleague. The world won't be whole without him.

We shared a special friendship, we were roommates, went to college together and became close friends. When I met James, he took me under his wing and treated me as a sister. He became the brother I never had but always wanted. James had this infectious way of making me laugh so hard until it hurt and I have never met someone who could do so quite as well as he did. We spent late nights playing video games, studying, and shared a love of music. He was hard on me, but in a loving manner. He never did sugar coat a thing, infact James was brutally honest to a fault. I admired that about him! I don't know if he ever knew this, but I gave my son the middle name of James after my dear sweet friend. James, Peaches, you are missed terribly by many, and there is no one that could ever replace you! I am sending your family lots of love, light, and healing. Prayers to you all.

Rest In Peace James Weaver, or as many of his friends called him, Peaches. I had the pleasure of playing in multiple bands with James. I really dont know what to say. From the bottom of my heart, you will be sorely missed. You were always so kind, funny, & upbeat. Really wish I had another moment to tell you how impactful I found our friendship. Rest easy, my friend. I cherish the times weve had. This photo was taken on top of the roof of Brogyntyn in Shropshire, England; June 2011.

Peaches was one of the most down to earth, kind and gentle souls Ive ever had the pleasure of spending time with. I hope his family knows how much of a profound impact he had on the lives of those he interacted with. My fondest memory of Peaches is walking around London in 2011. He had the wonder and excitement of a child and it was infectious. He will be missed. RIP.

James made a point to see each person as an individual and to get to know them. He made everyone feel special. I'll never forget our conversations at night in the ICU and how he always made me smile. I'll miss you, James.

James always lit up a room. He was a talented young man and will be dearly missed. I'll always cherish the wonderful memories of working with James and his love of kitties.
