Lance Sr. still has an influence in my life today, both in business and personally. Remember "Bosses Day" and oyster roast. His corn fritters and spot. Feeding my family with fish as a single mom. His sons and nephew following his footsteps. Lots of love there.

Burrows & Pam ... Barbara and I are so sorry for your loss. Parents set our lives on their trajectories and when we lose them in the inevitable course of life it leaves a hole that is tough to fill. Our prayers and best wishes are with you as you remember the remarkable man Burrows' dad was and his legacy. Although we did not meet him we can see his imprint all around us in Wilmington. He truly made this a better place to live and work for all of us.

Lance, Burrows, and Andrew,
The Bulluck family sends its sympathy and prayers. Your Dad and mom provided a great base for your lives. Lance loved you all more than life itself. Our family has many wonderful memories of him and many long lasting stories. We will remember his laughter and smiles. He was a good friend and partner.

To all of Lance's family, I am sorry to hear about his passing. I well remember the times George and he did things together, especially producing the movie "The Fix". George thought the world of Lance and I have fond memories of cookouts at his place near Wrightsville Beach. Just know you are all in my prayers.

Lance, Burrows and Andrew, so sorry for your loss. Your Dad was a very "special man". He was a highly respected CPA and a mentor for me, most of my life. I first went to work for him in 1966 and have had the privilege of continuing to work for him after his retirement and even for you guys 'til now. He mentored me as a green junior accountant 'til his passing. I could always go to him for accounting advice, knowing it would be good advice. He was most proud of you all and even though there many friends, you were most special. As brilliant as he was as an accountant, he always kept one eye on the water. Not only was he a great mentor, there were many times there was food on my table, freshly cleaned spot. Three of the years I worked for him I was a single mom and he made sure I had food and at Christmas a Christmas bonus for "Santa". I was not the only one he treated this way. Many young men, straight out of college, he mentored and encouraged. I watched him do this with you all.....a very compassionate man, who just loved people, especially his family. For, you Maggie, you lit up his life and he always spoke very fondly of you as you would "fuss" over him. Yes, he will truly be missed, but what a blessing to have had him in our lives. My heart is with you and all of his family especially the daughter-in-laws. Love you guys, Frances Anderson
