Mike was a great guy, a really good teacher, and a wonderful friend. I don’t think we ever think about Mike without smiling. And, the times we spent with Mike and Sandy were always filled with great conversations, some reminiscing about the teaching years, how great retirement is, and of course, laughter......always lots of laughter. In fact, this past winter, when we met Mike and Sandy for dinner, in Florida, their ordering their dinner turned into a comedy of errors. And, we laughed. One couldn’t help but love Mike; we certainly did. And, we will miss him, He was truly a giving, compassionate guy. Sandy, Michael, and Thomas, you have an angel watching over you. Sandy, you were most certainly Mike’s soulmate.
