Shelby Bellamy Causey

SHELBY BELLAMY CAUSEY 78, of Pea Landing Road, Ash, NC, was born on January 16, 1937 to Shaf Daniel and Miley Selena Lee Bellamy and departed this life on February 6, 2015. Shelby loved her job as an accountant at Baldwin Construction Company where she worked for forty-three years. In her spare time she loved being with her family and friends. She was active in her church serving as church clerk and treasurer. She is preceded in death by her father and mother; her husband, Wallace Causey; son, Wiley Causey; brother, Lucian Bellamy; sisters, Mattie Blanton, Louise Day, Bernice Blanton, Lillie Mae Horrell, and Agnes Helton. She leaves to cherish her memories a son, Wallace Kevin Causey; her step-daughter, Nancy Causey Moore; nieces and nephews and grandchildren, Tiffany Russ, Mitchell Russ and Summer Causey. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, February 11, 2014 at Thomasboro Free Will Baptist Church. Burial will be in Gore Cemetery.
