May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Thank you Geri for letting me know about passing away of Dr. Stan Cutler. We worked together covering for Nursing Homes and UPMC Passavant Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. Stan had a great sense of humor and one has to know him personally to appreciate it. We will miss him deeply. Jose George, M.D

Geri and Family,
Please accept my deepest condolences.
Stan was an outstanding physician, a marvelous mentor, a wonderful colleague for almost a decade, and a cherished friend. I learned so very much from Stan - obscure medical facts to the "real art" of medicine. His compassion and empathy were genuine, his knowledge was extensive, and his patience was a true gift.
You were his whole world and he loved talking (and bragging ) about all of you and your accomplishements.
May your wonderful memories sustain you.

Words of comfort for times like this don't really exist, but please accept my deepest sympathy.
I worked and was friends with Geri for years before working at St. Barnabas with Stan. After 6 years I went in a different direction although our paths crossed occasionally until they left the area. I learned of Stan's passing from long-time friends also formerly from St. Barnabas, Jan Dietrich, RN and her daughter Meredith Fraser, RN. Both asked me to convey their sympathy along with my own.
Sincerely,
Arlene Handmaker

My sincere sympathy to Stan’s wife and family. I was saddened to hear the news of his passing. The obituary is a lovely tribute. I worked with Stan for most of the 1990s at St Barnabas. He was a good listener and good doctor. I learned things from Stan that I carried throughout my career.

Dr Cutler was a kind man with such a wry sense of humor. I worked with him when he attended at Autumn Care and he introduced me to eating fresh figs. He will be missed by many. My condolences to his family.

DR. Cutler was the best decision I made for my mother. I have no doubt that he did extend her life. He always said less was best when it came to medication. He was comforting and really listened to you. He was everything a great doctor should be.

I first worked with Dr. Cutler when he joined Senior Health Associates. I them moved over to NHRMC where I got to continue working with Dr. Cutler in a different capacity. He always brought jokes with him when he came through the office and occasionally a treat made by Geri. I did not work with him in patient care, but in an administrative type role. He was always very thorough and meticulous in his work to include vetting new family medicine physicians for the NHRMC medical staff and re-vamping the privileges for the department. He was a joy to work with and he will be truly missed. Condolences to Geri, the kids, and fur-babies.

I worked with Dr. Cutler for Senior Health Associates from 2013-2015. It was my first job as a Physician Assistant. Dr. Cutler always took time to help and educate me when I had questions and I appreciated his time and patience . I also enjoyed his quirky nature and sense of wonderful sense humor! He will be greatly missed.

Dr Cutler will be missed one of my favorite things about him was talking about travels and of course how my children were doing especially my children that were embarking into the medical field. I always told him that I loved that he had a distinguished style and I always loved his sweater vests. We always talked about how I would dress my sons up this way we had many conversations about the field of medicine and he was always a wealth of knowledge for me. My condolences to the family please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time.
