WILMA JENELL DUNCAN Wilma Jenell Duncan of Hampstead passed away Friday, January 26, 2018 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. She was born July 28, 1930, in Quitman, Texas, the daughter of the late Charlie Utley and Lola Edna Deuson. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas 'Ted' Eugene Duncan Jr. with whom she shared fifty-two wonderful years of marriage. Mrs. Duncan graduated from Quitman High school and was a member of Hampstead Baptist Church, and a member and past President of B.L.G.A. (Belvedere Ladies Golf Association). Surviving are her daughters; Patty Redmann of London, Ontario, Canada, Deborah Hedges and husband Dave of Raleigh, N.C. and Becky Doi and husband Dave of Alameda CA.; grandchildren Cody and his partner Colleen, Ryan, Jason and his wife Samantha. The family will receive friends Sunday, February 4 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Andrews Mortuary Hampstead Chapel. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 5, 2018 at Hampstead Baptist Church by Pastor Joey Canady. Interment will follow in Sea Lawn Memorial Park.
