Craig Doyle Obituary

Craig Stephen Doyle, 49, passed away on February 18th, 2016, in Atlanta, Ga., where he lived for over 25 years.
Craig is survived by his mother, Charlene Doyle; and his father, Henry Doyle, who suffers from fearful and confusing Alzheimer's disease, and will not be told of Craig's passing.
Craig is also survived by his loving aunts, Martha Sue Boyett, Dianne Ellis, Carolyn Wiley, Annette Cannon and Lila Mae Ward; and two loving cousins, Laura Dickerson and Susan Doyle Dickerson. Also surviving are a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Craig lived his life in Atlanta, where he was a personal trainer for many years and made hundreds of friends, including his best friend, Jim Swartz.
A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, February 27th, 2016, at 3 p.m. at Pittman Park United Methodist Church, Statesboro, Ga.
Another celebration of life service will be held in Atlanta, Ga., on Saturday, March 19th, 2016.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 201 South Main Street, Suite A, Statesboro, GA 30458; and The Alzheimer's Association, 201 Television Circle, Savannah, GA 31460.

I am so sorry to hear of Craig's passing. I haven't seen Craig in many years, but I remember his smile and his great sense of humor. My prayers are with the family.

I have thought of Craig so often through the years and will always regret not staying in touch. My fondest memories of him are going in to get my hair cut and Craig asking,"Kim, can I do whatever I want?" and I would always say, "Yes, Craig, you can do whatever you want."
