Frank - just reading that your mom recently passed away. What a remarkable woman that stepped out into a man's business world and set and example for so many others. Thoughts and prayers are with you and your entire family during this most sad occasion of losing someone so dear. Helen Bussey McCloud

I was employed by Mrs. Parker and Mr. F.C while I was in college. I was also one of the thousands of tenants. She took very good care of me, trusted me and taught me a lot. Walter, I have a lot of good memories from that time and was troubled to hear of her passing. I would love to talk to you again some day when you are back in town. Look me up. I don't live far from your mother. I visited your grandmother several times in recent years and always marveled at how sharp she was despite the years. She always remembered me, which was both humbling and shocking, considering how many people she encountered in her life. The Parkers and the Holzman's had a big impact in my life, and were a huge influence on the decision I made to make Statesboro my permanent home. I wish the entire family peace and comfort from God during this time of your loss.
