Mrs. Lula Mae Jordan

Mrs. Lula Mae Davis Jordan, age 92, passed peacefully into eternal rest on Thursday evening, September 8, 2022, at Ogeechee Area Hospice in Statesboro, Ga.
She was a Screven County native, but was raised in Bulloch County.
She was a member of the Johnson Grove Missionary Baptist Church of Portal, Ga., where she served faithfully as the mother of the church.
She is survived by her daughters, Dorothy Jordan of Augusta, Ga.; and Mary Williams of Statesboro, Ga.; son, Randy Jordan of Statesboro, Ga.; 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
A public walk-through viewing will be held on Friday, September 16, 2022, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the Statesboro Chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home.
The celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2022, at noon at the Johnson Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 149 Johnson Grove Church Road, Portal, GA 30450. Pastor Maurice Hill, eulogist, the Rev. Larry Cone. Interment will be at Bulloch Memorial Gardens, 22002 U.S. Highway 80, Statesboro, GA 30459.
