To the family of Dr. Shepherd, I am so very sorry for the loss of your husband, father, etc. Not only was he the doctor for myself, my Mom and Dad, but ya'll were good friends to my Mom and Dad ( Rod and Jan Roberts). I remember going to ya'lls lake house and having so much fun with the girls. Dr. Shepherd had a kind heart and just made you feel at ease. I am so very glad to have been a small part of his and ya'lls lives. I hope in time the pain you must feel will ease and all of you will be able to remember the great times spent with one another. This earth has lost a very special person, but oh how heaven has gotten a wonderful Dr. now. Again I am so sorry. Sheila Roberts Dela Rosa

Harriet, I am so sorry to hear of Andy's death. My doctor in Ft Worth told me today. I would have been at the funeral had I known in time. Sheila sends her sympathy also. I will call you in a few days. Hope the number I have is still correct. You and the girls are in my prayers. Jan

We are very sorry to hear of your loss. Our entire family enjoyed having Andy and the Shepherd family as our wonderful neighbors on Lake Travis. Thank you for your positive contributions to our lives. We will keep your family in our prayers.

My prayers for you all are for comfort and peace in this difficult time. I will always remember Dr. Shepherd's stories about his beloved wife and daughters. His eyes lit up when he told stories of family gatherings. His devotion and care for me as a patient has made a lasting impact on my life. He was there to support me in some of the most difficult times in my life. I will be forever grateful for his care.
