Wayne was a unique person who could be trusted to do his best and be a friend with total honesty. He could be so funny one minute and sad the next. He was like a brother.
I have missed him for several years since he moved to Rockport.

I am blessed to have known Wayne when we both were at TCLEOSE. He was always in my corner protecting me. We traveled with other co-workers around the state - he was the most fun - stories and laughter. I now the Lord has a spot for him on his police squad. I am sure he is watching over you Sue and your beautiful family

Cliff and I are so sorry to hear of Wayne´s passing but we know he has entered
The Church Triumphant.
We have many great memories of both Wayne and Sue, members of Holy Cross Lutheran Church. Our time with them serving God in many different community events will always be some of our happiest days in Rockport.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Sue and family.

Sue, Diane, Chase-Wayne was a multifaceted man. Interesting to visit with. Always there for his grandkids for whom he was so proud. He leaves a void that will be filled overtime with the memories built over the years. God bless you all.

I´m so sorry to hear of his passing, but what an accomplished and well lived man. I didn´t get the pleasure of knowing him for very long, but my interactions with him were always pleasant and joyful. He was a true pleasure to be around and I remember he had an infectious smile and great sense of humor.
