David M. Bryant Jr.

David M. Bryant, Jr. Lifelong resident, David M. Bryant, Jr., age 85, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2009. A local businessman and musician, David was a member of Congress Avenue Baptist Church and of F. & A.M. Onion Creek Lodge. He was preceded in death by his father, David M. Bryant, Sr.; mother, Ollie Mary Bryant; his late wife and mother of his children, Lorine Kuhn Bryant; sisters, Beatrice Weisupt, Estelle Sands, Doris Dawes; and brother, Dudley Bryant. Survivors are his wife, Elaine; daughter, Donna Sims; sons, David and John Bryant; three grandchildren; two great-grand- children; a niece and a nephew. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., on Saturday, March 28, 2009, at Harrell Funeral Home, Austin, Texas. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 29, 2009, at Harrell Funeral Chapel, Austin, Texas. Burial will follow at Forest Oaks Memorial Park.
