Doran Haesly Obituary

Doran John "Buddy" Haesly Doran John Haesly, age 76, of Austin, Texas, died on Saturday, December 15, 2007. He was born on July 11, 1931 in Dallas, Texas. Buddy graduated from North Texas State University with a master's degree in Genetics. He went on to own a commercial development and real estate business that developed projects such as the Oaks of Inwood in Houston, Texas. Buddy will be missed for his generous and caring spirit, his flamboyant personality, and his noble and first-class approach to life. The family wants to thank Doris French, his beloved baby sister, for her servant's heart towards Buddy for the last ten years. Buddy was preceded in death by his parents, Estelle Neilsen and Doran John Haesly, Sr. He is survived by his sons, Mark, Kenneth and wife Alleyne, John and wife Jennifer; 4 grandchildren; sisters, Marjorie and husband Marvin Steakly, Doris French; brothers, Barry and wife Sylvia Haesly, and Jack Haesly. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 19, 2007, at Weed-Corley-Fish Chapel with Monsignor Richard McCabe officiating. Obituary and guestbook online at http://wcfish.com
