When I think of Duncan, I think of kindness. Sharing the same last name, we spent many years sitting next to each other in all sorts of classes in Nederland. And then we both went to A&M, where we lived in the same dorm. I cannot think of one instance where Duncan mistreated someone. He was kind and respectful with everyone. I am praying for God's peace for his family and friends.

Duncan and I shared our love of games throughout junior high and high school. We had the opportunity to travel to England together and I am left with many fond memories that I will treasure for the rest of my days. He was one of those special friends that have had a defining influence on my life and I will miss him dearly. My heart and prayers go out to his family and friends.

For Duncan's family, I am so sorry for your loss. I went to high school with Duncan and he was always such a nice and polite guy. I didn't know him well, but I remember him being very smart and always willing to help others. We had several classes together and he always had a very sweet smile. I know he will be missed by many!

Duncan and I met on our first day of 3rd grade at Hillcrest Elementary taking standardized tests because we were both new transfers to the school district. Because of Texas school teacher's fondness of placing children in alphabetically ordered seats and our last names being close together, Duncan and I had lots of classes together and we often sat right next to each other. I too have many fond memories with Duncan from then until High School and he will be sorely missed.

My sincerest condolences to the family and loved ones.

There are no right words at this time nor can I say that I understand what you might feel right now. However, Duncan had people that cared about him and all of us are hurting right now and are thinking of him and also of your family. I know how I knew Duncan and how I will remember Duncan and looking at the pictures you had posted warmed my heart.
