Eric VanTongerloo Obituary
Eric was a brilliant and dedicated scholar, earning his Ph.D. in Physics. He went on to become an early pioneer in the semiconductor industry, contributing to the growth of a field that would shape modern technology. While his professional accomplishments were significant, his greatest devotion was always to his family.
Eric is survived by his wife, Anita, his children and their spouses, and his four cherished grandchildren. A service honoring his life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on January 16, 2026, at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, West Lake Hills, TX.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.

I will pray for his family. I worked with Eric on a couple of projects and remember him as being so respectful to a young fab operations supervisor. What a dear man.
