Perry has been on my mind so much this month. I see Perry in the new groups of kids all the time. We have been speaking out for trans kids at the Texas lege and in schools. His impact continues in us. If you´re reading this, please know you are loved.

I'll see you again, man. In that far green country, under a swift sunrise.

I just found out about Perry's passing. My condolences to his family, and friends.
I met Perry during his hiring for Breakthrough. Perry, you were a joy and I could tell you would fully impact students and be impacted by them. When I spoke about you after the interview, you were a person that I could say nothing but amazing things for. Perry, you understood what change the world needed and wanted to be a part of that, seeing a young person so sure of himself is inspiring. Perry's impact will be something students remember for a lifetime.
Peace, love and light to the Estes family.

"No person dies until they are forgotten"
--this African Proverb is recorded by my favorite poet and artist Joan Walsh Anglund
Perry's impact on me will never allow me to forget. My memory will be of someone taken at a young age with so much love to share.
In this season of concerts, school plays, church services, and childlike excitementPerry is not forgotten.
Perry's compassion for those who experience any challenge is a lifetime impact on those who knew the compassion he shared for others. I was grateful to experience Perry's genuine smile and his caring spirit of giving. Perry will never be forgotten or die in the heart and soul of many who experienced his caring and love.

We read about the recent passing of Perry. I did not know him, but from what I have read in the newspaper, he left before fulfilling many of his dreams. So sorry for the loss of this bright young man.

We were very blessed to know Perry and spend time with him on a theater trip to NYC. He was delightful, and a natural caretaker. Never wanting to be of any trouble, but also knowing what he wanted and needed. Your gentle spirit and kindness live on in the people whose lives you have touched. Your signature smile is our all-time family favorite for every picture. It brings me joy to see your smile here. The world is less bright without you.
