I met Susan in 1992 at UT when we served in OPA together. She was one of the small group of girlfriends I kept in touch with. I feel like they were the nucleus of our group, the best quality, strongest people who set the best example for others. We were officers in the group, leading the way for the younger girls, and when Susan said she’d do something, you could trust in her to do exactly that. I’m heartbroken for her family but know she’s in Heaven now, out of pain and we will see her again.
