With heavy hearts we mourn the loss of Alice Ann Stevens.
Born to Grant and Bertha Pry in Chewelah, Washington, and raised with brothers, John Pry and Alvin Pry, both of Spokane, Washington.
Alice is survived by her husband of nearly 40 years, Martin Stevens, with whom she raised a blended family of four children, Todd Dashiell of Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, Stephanie Johnson (Dashiell) of Helena, Montana, Charity Bowers (Stevens) of Anchorage, Alaska, and Russell Stevens of Post Falls, Idaho, and a combined 10 grandchildren.
Alice had a passion for mental health and was a Suma Cum Laude graduate of Gonzaga University.
She worked as a counselor at Spokane Mental Health and office manager at a private counseling practice in Spokane for many years.
Her most rewarding career was mother to her four children.
Alice fought many battles with cancer over the last four years, finally losing her battle on Oct. 6, 2021.
She is remembered fondly by the many lives she touched and will be missed terribly.
A celebration of her life ceremony will be held at the Summit Valley Church west of Addy on Oct. 30, 2021, at 1 p.m. The family requests that masks be worn for attendance.
The family wishes to thank the incredible angels at Horizon Hospice and Heritage Funeral Home for their compassion and support.
