Benjamin Thomas "Tom" Carlile, age 69, passed away unexpectedly on Oct. 13, 2021, in Spokane, Washington.
Tom was born on Sept. 19, 19, 1951 in Columbus, Georgia, to James and Betty (Vandevender) Carlile.
Tom grew up in Pasadena, Maryland.
He married Diane Adams in 1973. They had three sons, and later divorced in 1984.
In 1986, Tom married Theresa (Caffi) Fowler. Theresa had two children from a previous marriage.
In 1987, Tom, Theresa, and family moved to California, where they resided until 1993.
In 1993, Tom moved his family to Kettle Falls, Washington, where they still reside.
Tom loved Washington State. He liked to hunt, fish and ride his ATV, but most of all, Tom loved being with his family.
Tom will be greatly missed.
Tom was preceded in death by his son, Daniel Carlile; his father, James Carlile; his mother, Betty Waltman; two sisters, Patty Adams and Neila Hall; and a brother, "Butch" Carlile.
He is survived by Theresa Carlile, two sons, Jason Carlile and Kevin Carlile of Harlock, MD; his step-son, Jason Fowler of Kettle Falls, WA; step daughter, Joanna Ramsopher of Evans, WA; 3 grandchildren; a great-grandson, and a great-granddaughter; Tom is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
