Jason Cadwallader Obituary

Jason Cadwallader December 3, 1941 - August 7, 2009 SALEM - Jason Cadwallader of Salem, Oregon passed died Friday August 7 at his home at the age of 67. Jason was born in Carson City, Nevada on December 3, 1941. He was a member of the Elks and Eagles lodges. He was Assistant Chief of Volunteer Fire Dept. Jason was the owner of "Rental Revival" construction business in addition to retiring from Georgia Pacific Plywood Mill and Salem YMCA. Survivors include his wife, Vicki Cadwallader (Married April 9, 1983) 8 children, Don, Alice, Rebel, Jerri, Kristal, Kailinn, Angel and Wylde; 16 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. Memorial Service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at Salem Alliance Church, 555 Gaines St. N.E., Salem. Contributions can be made to Capital City Medical, 4950 Chauncey Court Salem, Ore. 97302 or the Oncology Department (Dr. Pierce) at Salem Hospital, 875 Oak St. S.E. Suite 4030 Salem, Ore. 97301. Arrangements entrusted to Farnstrom Mortuary 410 Monmouth Street, Independence, Oregon 97351 (503) 838-1414.
