Marilyn Pietrok Obituary
Stayton, OR - Marilyn was born in Stayton Jan. 23, 1944, and died on Nov. 3, 2020 at the age of 76, at the Salem Hospital. Her parents were Paul and Margaret Pietrok. She graduated from St. Boniface High School in Sublimity. Marilyn grew up on her parent's farm in Stayton, and later she moved into town along with her mother. She was an active member of Stayton's Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Virginia, and brother Daniel. She is survived by her brothers Chuck (Shirley) and Luke (Tere), in addition to several nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Marilyn lived her entire life in the Stayton area, with her sole venture outside of the northwest to travel with her mother to Mexico, to attend her brother Luke's wedding. Her photo is from that time.
Marilyn will be missed by many of her friends and family. Due to Covid-19, services for Marilyn will be private. She will be interred next to her parents at St. Mary's Cemetery.
