Mrs Rutledge was a very dear friend of my mother. As a child I would always observe their relationship and admired the strength both ladies shared and expressed to others. Legacies should always remind us of how people can impact lives of others. May GOD continue to use both of them as His angels in heaven. From the depths of my heart! Jacqueline Russaw Allen
