Dear Palmer Family,
For the past few years my family and I have been enjoyed Christmas Eve dinner at Harry's and have had the wonderful privilege of meeting Bob. We live on Long Island and visit St. Augustine every year for Christmas. All year long we would talk about our visit to Harry's and seeing and chatting with Bob. Last year he told us that we would probably not be seeing him bartending because of his plans to become a nurse.I had mixed feelings when this year I did not see him at Harry's but was happy that his nursing plans came through.I wept during dinner when a staff member informed us that Bob had died in a car accident. We were strangers who had only met a few times but there was something very special about Bob. He touched our lives and we will never forget him.As we continue to visit St. Augustine, I will always say a prayer for Bob and remember him in my heart. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Bob's family and friends who must miss him very much.

Dear Palmer family , I'm so sorry for your lost... "Palmer" as I knew him from our Navy years , will definitely be missed... I had the pleasure of working along side him for four years with VFA-15... We (AE shop) had a great group and we couldn't of done it without "Palmer"... We spent three wars together overseas in the Persian Gulf and Kosovo , and "Palmer" was a huge part of why we all came home safe... Now I know in my heart that he is in a safe place... On behalf of the Velazquez family in Houston Texas , "God Bless You Always Palmer and Your Family".

Palmer and Deb,
What do you say to someone when they are hurting so much? "I am sorry" seems but far to little to express what we feel for you. We pray we will never know what it is like to experience the loss of a son and hope you will somehow, some day find the pain bearable, though it will never completely cease. Our hearts ache for and go out to you.
Joey and Lisa,
Our hearts are with you as you mourn the loss of Bobby. Though reflection of memories and years gone by bring yet another breath of pain, may you in time find some relief, peace and perhaps even laughter as well. To find healing, take time to mourn and to experience all the emotions to come. May you know we are thinking of you in great sympathy.
I know Bobby's humor and embrace of life will be greatly missed!
With love and sympathy,
Terri & Kanji Thomas
