Thomas Schofield Obituary

Thomas Giles Schofield, 85, of St. Augustine, passed away Oct. 30, 2017, at Baptist Hospital South in Jacksonville. He was the son of the late Thomas and Annie (Weston) Schofield in Bethel, Connecticut. He was a retired automotive mechanic and had worked at Bainbridge Motors for a number of years. He was a longtime member of Mill Creek Baptist Church.

Memorial services will take place at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Mill Creek Baptist Church.

He was the loving father of the late Kenneth Schofield.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Deloria; his loving daughters, Mary Beth Jones, Cheryl Smith, Patti Hathaway, Rachel McQuaig, Beth Schofield, Michelle Lewis, Brandy Stefanell, Brooke Tyree, Holly Schofield, Courtney Fry, and Jessica and Jodiesue Schofield; his loving sons, Thomas Jr., Andrew, Jason, and Joshua Schofield; and his beloved brother, Aaron Schofield. He is also survived by an abundance of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Craig Funeral Home and Crematory Memorial Park (www.craigfuneralhome.com) is in charge of the arrangements.
