Hubert N. Cash

Hubert N. Cash, age 88, passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2021. Mr. Cash was a dynamic servant of our lord, Jesus Christ, as well as the community of Pell City. He served the greater Pell City area as a chaplain in the local nursing homes and through his membership as a Gideon. He also served as an elder at Lighthouse Tabernacle Church. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He never met a stranger and had a multitude of friends. Mr. Cash was loved by one and all. He has gone to see Jesus, his wife, siblings, and friends that have gone before him. He is preceded in death by his wife, Illa Mae Cash; parents, Felton and Betty Cash; and his son-in-law, Ricky Burns. He is survived by his sons, Sammy Cash (Teresa), Hugh Cash (Lisa), Johnny Cash (Sharmon), Nelson Cash (April), and Keith Cash (Ramona); daughters, Edna Cash and Tabatha Cash Burns; 11 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
