Lisa Ann Russell

Lisa Ann Russell, age 54, of Birmingham, AL, passed away on June 15, 2024. She was born on May 9, 1970. Lisa was known for her love of music, especially anything with Irish and Indian influences. She had a deep connection to her heritage and roots, always sharing her passion with those around her. Lisa had a warm smile and a contagious laugh that could brighten any room. She will be remembered for her fierce love for her children and family, and her willingness to help anyone in need. She is survived by her daughter, Emily Chaman, her son, Jamason Russell, her sister, Tonia Wilkins, her husband, Chris Russell, as well as a large extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Lisa was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Chapman, her father, James Chapman, and her brother, Jason Chapman. A memorial service to celebrate Lisa's life will be held on Thursday at Moody Park Pavilion from 4-6 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to a charity of your choice in Lisa's memory.
