I knew Annie in high school at IWA.
I just heard recently of her passing and wanted to add my condolences to her family.
She had a smile to light up a room and had a sense of humor second to none.

I was a high school kid and worked for Annie when she opened World News West. She was a great, fun and tolerant friend -- the sort of person you know you can instantly reconnect with no matter how many years have passed. Unfortunately we let too many years pass. I have so many warm memories, even with Dick who was then just her boyfriend with a Corvette. I wanted to share a fun story but was shocked when trying to find her to read of her passing. My condolences to the Selvidges's and Pointer's. Despite the many years, I feel a huge sense of loss.
