entered eternal rest on January 10, 2022, at the age of 94. Cherished mother of William (Cynthia) Behr, and Christopher (Mary Keller) Behr; dear grandmother of Kelli Behr, Kyle Behr, Matthew (Sydney) Behr, Jacob (Natalie) Behr and Grace Behr; dearest great-grand-mother of Evan, Ava, Karter, Ella, Brandon, Corrie and Hayden; step- great-grandmother of Dylnn,
Benny and Jones. Audrey is
preceded in death by her mother Mildred Westerholt, beloved husband William F. Behr Sr., who she spent 65 years of love and friendship beside, and her devoted sister Dorothy Westerholt.
Audrey above all loved her family, she was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was happiest when her family was gathered around her, and the room was always filled with laughter and memories being made. She took so much pride in her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She attended every sporting event and school activity she could being their biggest fan and greatest cheerleader. Audrey lived a life focused in Christ as she was an avid member of both Church of the Master in Florissant as well as St. John's UCC in Weldon Spring. She was part of a knitting group through church and would make beautiful prayer shawls and scarfs. Audrey was an educator for over 30 years, she touched the life of many faculty and students over her tenure. She taught elementary children and was a reading specialist. Audrey had many dear friends; she even had a friend group called B.A.B Sorority from high school she still was actively friends with. Audrey's kind heart will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A celebration of life will be held on March 5, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. for Audrey at St. John's UCC (945 Wolfrum Rd., Weldon Spring, MO 63304). Memorial donations may be made to Church of the Master (1325 Paddock Dr, Florissant, MO 63033) or St. John's UCC (945 Wolfrum Rd, Weldon Spring, MO .
