I have so many fond and warm memories with Carole. She hosted me and Cindi in 2008 during our semester abroad with Up With People, and it is a time I will cherish forever. It was my first time in Denver, and away from my family. She made Cindi and I feel right at home in her beautiful home, with lovely dinners on the deck, and ice cream snacks after a long day away. Although, she wasn’t able to hike with us due to physical limitations, that didn’t stop her from taking us up to the mountains and meeting us for a destination, mountain-view picnic. Carole felt like family, and I just hope she knows how special she was to me. May she rest in peace (and joy).

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. Carol was a trooper. Her disability never seemed to slow her down. This last year has been hard on her. I will miss her. We had many fun times with the Grammys. Carol was an excellent game player.

I'll never forget Aunt Carole's wonderful laugh and kindness. She will be so dearly missed. From the time she moved her food around in her tummy to make more room to her "I love you more". I was so lucky to spend my summers as a child with my wonderful Aunt and would not have changed a thing. I love you more Aunt Carole ❤

Carole had gigantic challenges the last few years of her life and in the midst of her agony fit in some fun with the card gang. I admired your determination and will miss you very much.

Carole was such a gem- I am truly grateful for the few years I was able to spend with her and I am so glad she became a part of my life. She was such a determined, intelligent and motivated person and I always found her to be such an inspiration. She will be dearly missed. To Carole's children, sibling, grandchildren and all family- you are in my thoughts and prayers that you may find peace and comfort.

My dear sweet friend for almost 50 years. Our friendship started as Cub Scout Den Mothers for our boys who have also remained friends to this day. Carole has strength and determination like no one I have ever met. I was blessed to have her in my life and will cherish all the wonderful memories.
