Dear Nicholson family:
I was sorry to learn of Dean's passing from my sister Tracy Royer. What I remember most about Dean was his wit and savior faire, and of course his ready smile. Our paths crossed only briefly at Pattonville High and Fee Fee. I send healing thoughts your way.

I just learned today of Dean's passing and am in total shock. One of the highlights of our regional manager meeting at Life Uniform was the interaction with the staff at the home office. Dean was always one I sought out to share stories and get caught up.

My last visit to St Louis, while on vacation, was to stop by and say 'hi" to Dean. We spent an hour looking at some of his art!

I am grateful for the opportunity to have known Dean. He will be missed. I am so sorry.

Dear Nicholson Family,

We are so sorry to hear of Dean's passing. He was a great mentor and boss. He was always eager to teach life lessons and offer advice. We really appreciated him as a boss and feel that he gave us the opportunity to succeed in our first accounting jobs. We were able to learn from the best and find ourselves applying his lessons every day. He was a great man and will be missed.

You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Debbie,
I will be by to see you. We have been out of town and just heard about Dean today. It makes me sad that I will no longer see him at the pool. I know you are a woman of great faith. God will show you a way through this difficult time. He is testing you. I know you will pass with flying colors.

Dear Nicholson Family
We just found out about the passing of Dean. We have always loved and respected your family as long as we have known you at Fee Fee. Dean had a great outgoing personality as a child on up through his teen years and was always kind and respectful to everyone in our family. Though we have not seen Dean for several years it is obvious that he remained thoughtful and respectful as we read through the condolences. We pray that Jesus gives everyone in your family the peace that passes all understanding. We love you all very much.

Dear Family of Dean Nicholson,
My thoughts and prayers are with you in this difficult time. I had the pleasure of working with Dean for a few short years t Life Uniform. What I remember most about dean was his warm smile and jokes. Dean and I would sometimes take a short break from work in the afternoon to smoke a cigar and talk for a few minutes. Things were not always easy at that job, but Dean took such great pride in his work and doing the right thing.
I will never forget Dean and the joy that he brought to my life. He was a wonderful man.

Dean's friends and family,

I was saddened to hear of Dean's passing. I worked with Dean last year. He was a great help to me and was always a great pleasure to work with.

Dean also love to show off his latest finds at auctions and had a great deal of knowledge on many different topics. He always seemed happy and dealt with any issues professionally and with a great attitude.

I especially loved going out with Dean on Wednesdays for cigars and just to chat. Dean made an out of town assignment a pleasure and I looked forward to seeing him after a weekend at home.

Dean was one of those people that truly touched all that met him. I was lucky to have had that opportunity.

You will all be in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Nicholson Family,

I am deeply saddened by your loss. Dean was an incredible person. I had the pleasure of working with him the summer of 2013 and enjoyed every minute of it. His intelligence and wit made the longest work days bearable and his love of art and intellectual conversation made the work dinners more than enjoyable.
You all will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Nicholson Family-

I wanted to share my condolences with you and to know how deeply sorry I am for your loss. Dean was not just a colleague, but a mentor and friend as well. His brilliant business mind is not one that I will ever forget, as I carry with me every day his teachings. He was a true component of my growth at Life Uniform.

Dean's warm smile and laugh will never be forgotten. May he rest in peace, sitting on his porch in the back yard, with a glass of red wine and cigar, discussing his latest finds at an estate sale. I will always remember his charismatic demeanor, our Friday lunches, and fifteen minute accounting lessons outside on a nice sunny day, knowing that every day I was working and learning from one of the best. He will be greatly missed by all!

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time.

With deepest sympathy,

My deepest condolences to the Nicholson family. Dean was a brilliant man. Probably the most brilliant person I have ever known. I was drawn to him for his immense intellect, wit and charisma. He was so unique and special. People loosely throw around the term, "he/she was one of a kind." Dean, was truly, in every sense of the term, one of a kind. He was king in my eyes. He challenged my thinking and opened me up to so many different views on life and business. You should be proud. He was the king of his court.
