The news of Dennis' passing is hard even if there may have been time to prepare. Everyone who had the good fortune to know Dennis knows he was a good soul who always looked out for the welfare of others.

In my experience, dispite any adversity, Dennis taught, and lived his life by good example, so that others could also see that love, compassion, and happiness is not conditional, but what is most important in life. He was a wise teacher, a loyal friend, and a loving man. I know my longterm friendship with Dennis and Charles changed the course of my life in a profoundly positive way. I will be forever greatful to both of you!

Dennis will always live on in my heart. And in that way, I can see how he has even overcome death by meaningful example for the countless others who knew him and, for the person he was, loved him.

Charles my heart goes out to you and your family, but as you may know, the focus is not what you have lost, but what you have gained through his presence.
