Diane L. Burns, 42, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Thursday, July 26, 2018. She was born in St. Louis on February 24, 1976 to David and Nancy Burns (nee Vogler). Diane is survived by her husband: Hector Linares of Saint Charles; her parents: David and Nancy Burns; sisters Laura (Frank Romano) Burns and Sharon (Neelan) Choksi; five nieces and nephews: Reid, Clark, Grace, Maya and Jaiden. She was preceded in death by her brother, David M. Burns. She was a passionate soccer fan and extraordinary friend. Services: Visitation from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Newcomer Funerals Chapel, 837 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Peters. Service follows. Donations to Poweredbyhope.org.
