Morgan, Donna J. (nee Scanlon), 74, fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Sunday, November 4, 2007. Beloved wife and Irish Angel of 55 years of Edward J. Morgan; loving daughter of the late John A. and Ruby P. Helmke; loving mother of Sally (Joseph) Gannon, Thomas Morgan, Robert (Patricia) Morgan, William (Alison) Morgan, John Morgan, Susan (Stacy) Yedlin; dearest Grandmother of Nicholas Gannon, Caitlan Gannon, Thomas Morgan, Shaun Morgan, Derek Morgan, Kyle Morgan, Cameron Morgan, Courtney Morgan, Taylor Morgan, Ryanne Morgan; dearest step-grandmother of Chad Hawblitzel, Dawn Norris, Alexis Yedlin, Kylie Cathcart; dearest step-great grandmother of Makena Norris; dear sister, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, aunt, great aunt, cousin, and friend to many. Donna entered the workforce after raising her 6 children. She retired in 1997 from Washington University School of Medicine, Chromalloy Kidney Center. Our grateful thanks to the wonderful staff at Missouri Baptist Cancer Center, and to the BJC Home Care and Hospice programs for their devoted care. A heartfelt thanks to Donna's beloved sister, Ruth Flanagan, for her care and expertise during her illness.Services: A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 4456 Telegraph Rd., Oakville, MO on Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Donna donated her body to St. Louis University Medical School to further medical research. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital, C.H.A.M.P. Assistant Dogs, Inc. 4910 Parker Rd, Florissant, MO 63033, PanCAN.org (Pancreatic Cancer Research & Awareness), BJC Hospice Program, P.O. Box 504043, St. Louis, MO 63150-0001 or a charity of your choice appreciated. Services provided by Kutis Funeral Home.
