Mrs. Lauman, as we knew her, was very active in Epiphany Grade School. As a young child we looked up to her and saw her often, even directing our drum and bugle core marching down Ivanhoe Avenue. I knew the family well and Bob was a good friend. Lives lived so well were a blessing for many.

My condolences to you Tom & Margie & Family. Mrs. Lauman was so active in her life and lived it to the fullest! She’s with your Dad & Brother now - probably making our Dishcloths, which I have a few left!! Prayers to all of the Family. Faithful Servant Come Home.

Dorothy was a wonderful woman who had a profound impact on my life. She was my first piano teacher and my introduction to music. My thanks to her for enriching my life and, subsequently, those of my children and grandchildren. Piano lessons through eighth grade were a requirement for all of them. And remember those Epiphany Toppers? She worked so hard to get us to march and play at the same time. May you be blessed with good memories.
