Dustin Bentley Obituary
Dustin was born January 20, 1987 at home just outside Peculiar, MO. He was a current student at Kansas University, about to begin his sophomore year. Dustin's education started at the Plaza Light School (currently Global Montessori Academy), and continued at Tomahawk Elementary, the Plaza Academy, Mission Valley and he graduated from Shawnee Mission East High School. Dustin enjoyed computer games, traveling, art and his friends and family. He was a loving person, always having only good things to say about others.
Dustin is survived by the love of his life, Laura Kitzmiller, his Mom Eileen Wilson Bentley, Dad Mark Bentley, step-mom Linda Salfrank, brothers Sam and Tom and numerous grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and many, dear friends.
Dustin will be missed very much by all those who knew him and who were touched by his life. (Arr: Cremation Society of KS & MO, 913-383-9888).

Eileen, I would like to tell my love and support goes out to you. I can remember tomahawk elementary school like it was yesterday. when you would pick us up from school i would come over to play. I love dustin like a brother because thats what he was to me as a child we were always playing together or just hanging out. and he was always there for me. I can truly say my time with dustin was the happiest time in my childhood i will miss him so much.

I knew Dustin somewhat from the Peculiar days and was aware of how much he was loved and nourished by his parents. Thank you for sharing his life with us at the memorial service and allowing us to know him so much better. It is a privelege to have known him. Our lives have been enhanced. Dustin was a great person. I've attended school with him since the 7th grade and he was my partner on multiple school projects. Although I never hung out with him outisde of school, I can consider him a good friend. Dustin was always nice enough to stop to chat, even in college when I saw him on campus. He will be missed by all. RIP Dustin.

I grew up with Dustin and when I heard the news, my heart dropped. I attended elementary school as well as middle and high school with Dustin. He was a wonderful person and he will be missed greatly. My thought and prayers go out to his family.
