My beautiful, magnificent friend. With the heart of a saint, the courage and resolve of a gladiator. You fought battles for the weak, offered a hand to the downtrodden, gave hope to those who had no hope. You lit candles rather than curse the darkness.I will miss you every day.

My thoughts and prayers are with her family and loved ones. Betsy was a beautiful lady who used her gifts to improve the lives of others. She and Fristoe extended many kindnesses to me - including the use of their beautiful "get-a-way" house near Bowling Green, MO in the 70's when I was on mission in Keokuk, Iowa.
May she rest in peace.

The last time I saw Betsy was at the baby shower for her granddaughter, Willow. She had her usual bright smile and upbeat attitude in full force. It was obvious how much she loved her family and was thrilled for Willow and Dom. Her family and friends will certainly miss her.
