Eric was a great guy and a hardworking volunteer at both the Boy Scouts and the American Society for Quality. I worked with Eric for several years at the ASQ.

Tracy, Zach, and Taylor,
All I can say is how sad I was when I just recently figured out that Eric past away. I have so many fond memories of doing Scouting with him. He was always so nice to all. In our many late night conversations while camping out he always talked so fondly of you all. I am so sorry I was not around to say good bye to him. Lisa, Kevin, and Steven all pass on their sympathy. I will miss him a lot.

Eric, you were they best brother that anyone could have asked for. There isn't a day that goes by that you aren't in my thoughts. You inspired me to strive towards my dreams, you were my role model and my dear friend. The one kindness this terrible disease afforded us is that there was nothing left unsaid. Find peace in the warm glow of heaven brother, that is where we will meet again.
Love,
Jay

Eric was my friend, great mentor, wise boss and an amazing teacher. How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.

I will never forget Eric's smile. No matter what was going on, he had a smile and a positive outlook. Eric and I worked together and became friends in the St. Louis Chapter of ASQ. I came to know Eric's resolve and dedication on a first-hand basis. I know his battle was long and difficult, but I will forever admire his incredible courage. My thoughts and sympathy go out to Eric's family. Eric…you will be missed by many!

To Tracy and family,
I have not had the opportunity to meet you, and that is my loss. Eric and I (along with Tim Karcher) spent many a Friday and Saturday nights together during our Lindbergh days. He was a true friend. Thanks for all the memories, Eric. I wish you peace, and I pray for strength, understanding, and peace for your wife and children.
God Bless.

You were and are still my hero, role model, and inspiration for my journey ahead to come. You taught me how to be patient and kind, as well as stubborn and stable. You taught me almost everything that I would need to know and I want you to know that I'm ready because of you. You will always be in my heart, and I need you to know that I will be okay. Dad I love you and I am going to miss you every single day, but it's time for you to go get your dreams and I know this. Go get your castle, your bliss, your happiness, and anything your heart desires. You deserve it more than anyone I know.
